The full verdict of 614 pages of Maulana Sayeedi was released on 31 December 2015. On 17 September 2014, the Bench of Appellate Division headed by former Chief Justice Mozammel Hossain announced the verdict of the death sentence of Maulana Sayedee.
In this verdict divided in three sections, Justice Muzammel Hossain, Chief Justice SK Sinha and Justice Hassan Faiz Siddiqui gave the verdict on imprisonment for life instead of the death penalty of Jamaat leader Maulana Sayedee. The verdict is written by Chief Justice SK Sinha.
Justice AHM Shamsuddin Chowdhury, however, argued that he had committed the death penalty by agreeing with these three judges.

Justice Md. Abdul Wahab Mia redeemed Sayedee from the responsibility of crimes against humanity. He said that the prosecution did not prove the charges against Sayedee. For this, Sayedee deserves to be acquitted.

In the 5 judges, three judges ruled for life imprisonment, and according to the rules of the Appellate Division, the final as the majority. The verdict has said that until the normal death, Maulana Sayedee will enjoy this sentence from prison. (References: Daily Ittefaq; 31 December 2015)

Meanwhile, Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha was sent to compulsory leave but the court acquitted Sayedee. Abdul Wahhab Mia was acting Chief Justice, did not panic in the Awami League.
It was reported to the government that Chief Justice SK Sinha can declare the MPs illegal for the first 154 people elected without any free leave during the first week after the holidays. So, the government has given him a mandatory leave before sitting at the end of the holiday. But in the Awami League did not worry.

Because, Surendra Kumar Sinha, who is playing back and forth from the back, did not go on holiday. Their game was not stopped. Due to the pressure on the Chief Justice, due to pressure on the leave, they may now be out of revenge. If the parliament breaks, the possibility of the loss of Awami League could now be more harmful. Someone might have to give some more years to the team. It has now been added to the latest record of Justice Abdul Wahhab Mia. Awami League is worried about everything.
