There is no doubt that our present era is the era of information-technology, and the era of the coming is being caught in the age of artificial intelligence or artificial intelligence. On the one hand, due to the development of programming or coding, the demand for traditional work is gradually decreasing, on the other hand, the demand for online-based work is increasing steadily.

Freelancing or outsourcing is the most popular way of working with different organizations in different countries of the world, independent of this information-technology era online. On the one hand, freelancing is the freedom to work as well as the freedom to choose different types of work. There are also incredible chances of earning here. Many of those who are skilled at these jobs, many of them earn monthly income of several thousand dollars.

There are several popular online marketplaces on the Internet, which offer outsourcing. One of the sites is upwork.com, fiverr.com, freelancer.com, peopleperhour.com, guru.com and 99designs.com. These new markets are coming up in every new marketplace. These places have the opportunity to work on programming, programming, graphic design, website development and design, game creation, animation, mobile application development, data entry, social media marketing, blog and article writing, search engine optimization.

Currently some hundred million people of Bangladesh are directly or indirectly associated with this profession. But there is a lack of full and transparent notion of the general public about this sector, on the other hand, due to lack of proper direction of those who are interested in working. Many people confuse this sector with online-based cheating. One of these is the PPC or PTC sites. All these types of sites are fake. There are millions of PTC sites in the world which are cheating on the internet world by making lucrative offers of dollar earnings by clicking on them. The real thing is that no PTC sites pay money.

Another big fraud is the MLM in the name of freelancing. Freelancing means free occupation, and MLM is the responsibility of responsibility. So these two worlds can never be one.

In the meantime, a new thing has been added which is called forex trading. Many people might be surprised to mention the name, but it is a shocking business from the stock market, a gamble. I have not found anyone till now that I can say that this work has brought two Taka home. Many people have gone through investing time and money through several other online-based betting sites and Bitcoin Arnings and sellers. In this way, people are trapped in the general public by continuing to do all the work as a freelancing or outsourcing. Actually, none of these are outsourcing jobs.

But I think that the biggest cheating place is now the most fraudulent place for freelancing training centers. With the dream of thousands of dollars earning a dream, some people have started a cheating business now. They found more water in the project, without giving any scrutiny of the government's project to give millions of taka! Moreover, the role of our print and electronic media is not less. Thousands of children are not learning anything in this low quality training team after seeing alluring advertisements, instead of spoiling their parents' hardships. The result is that they can not learn anything technically at the end of the course, and what they learn is how to open a market-place account - some of the spamming marka internet marketing.

For this reason, we are far behind in outsourcing than other countries. Where outsourcing is being given the status of a mainstream business in India and Philippines, Bangladesh has to think twice to get outsourcing as a profession. Since freelancing as a profession is not yet a recognized profession in Bangladesh, many freelancers like me have to feel ashamed to introduce myself as a freelancer. The main reason for this is that his work or the work process lacked the full and transparent notion among the most common people.
